Around the world, weird and wonderful things happen
all the time and so when writing the screenplay we looked at the news for
inspiration. Real life events are usually the foundation for great stories to
be told and so we looked for a story that we could twist and make it our own.
The end product however doesn’t need to completely reflect the real life events,
the story can merely be inspired by these events. Many mainstream films gain
their ideas from events that have happened such as The Wolf on Wall Street which
is based on the life of Jordan Belfort.
